Pros

This is a big company, but the way our team was worked and handled, it felt like a small, tight knit group. IKON was brought in to take over the Records Management department, and instead of letting us all go, they kept us on and just brought us over to IKON, no pay drop, or benefit drop. Very smooth transition and management was very nice. IKON has not been absorbed into RICOH.

Cons

The one big Con, is now we were working for a big nationwide company, so it made It harder to move up, there was much more bureaucracy.

Pros

- Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL in responding to customer needs - Compensation Plan is competitive - Management leaves you alone - if you are a performer

Cons

- Poor compensation plan for mileage - HR does not follow the same guidelines for all individuals - Management is ONLY out to better themselves - Demeaning language is tolerated even after HR complaints - Account management takes away from selling time - Management will give or take away large accounts, based on how much they like you - Poor communication about major transitions happening within the company
