Delayed full and final settlement - Medical Coder IKS Health Employee Review

While my overall experience at IKS Health was decent in terms of workplace culture and team collaboration, I am compelled to highlight a major issue regarding post-employment processes. My full and final settlement has been significantly delayed, well beyond the 30-45 days typically mandated by Indian labor law for processing dues like salary, gratuity, and earned leave. Despite several follow-ups with HR and Finance, communication about the status and expected timeline has remained vague, and the settlement is still "in process." This inefficiency is disappointing, as such delays can cause financial stress for former employees and create a lasting negative impression about the company.
