Medical Analyst - Medical Analyst IKS Health Employee Review

Everything , no good leaders , management sucks, no employee retention, no hike, HR is worst , heavy politics , employee are more educated than managers, and management. I remember there was a Dr who was highly qualified and he was good both job wise and people friendly, but he was asked to leave , company politics. seriously we dont know when we will be asked to leave. no job security what so ever. Last year around 45 doctors were fired in a single day. Every day at work always have a fear that we will be called to HR.
