      Pros

      You will get full time to surf on net or play carom and Table Tennis which is always full since there is no business and no work and hence full time.

      Cons

      No Business.. No Future.... HR and operation management is ridiculous.. Senior profiles are waiting for appraisals for last two years some since more than 4 years. 150 doctors laid off in one day total 250 doctors in one month(disclosed by senior employees)
