Play carrom, chess, Table Tennis, Watch Football on TV in the cafeteria. Sleeping in Bunker. Lot of time to waste, nothing to learn for experienced in Technology or IT, be it Hardware or Software.
Cons
No project consistency. People are fired more than being hired. HR, AVP, Managers of IS department in Airoli are a bunch of liers. Monthly Incentives mentioned on the offer letter are paid once in 2 years and very less. Salary hike is very sad. Offer discussion is also very sad. Need a growth or better hike then learn to lick the boss. Some dont even deserve to become manager in this company.... Employees are found kissing in cab, stairs, garden...many complaint....some are 3rd class employees. Food in canteen is bad. There are very limited number of wash room, its always queued. Managers drink and come to office to work on weekend. Employees smelling drugs using handkerchief while working... Employees sleeps with one another is discussed very openly...people are in a race... Management also involved in this act.
