Well lets see the title says enough. Top heavy organization. So if you are want to enjoy life then join as a director and above only. The company count of directors and above is more than the total count of managers on the production floor. They pay good when you join.
Cons
Too many fake reviews being posted by the HR team on this forum. Designations are just a title with no additional value delivered by the person. Promotion is more or less a way to retain employees. What more in cons 1. Bad cafeteria 2. Filthy Washrooms 3. Missing VIP payouts 4. Missing policies for most activities and every changing policies for policies that exist 5. Ever changing notice periods 6. Lack of career growth 7. Missing focus on what is the direction of the company 8. Lack of transparency 9. People who work hard will always be overloaded
