No growth. Management keeps changing. Confused higher management. - Team Leader IKS Health Employee Review

Company is at loss. No VIP/incentive/appraisals. Everyone at IKS management gives gaajar. They promise you growth but make you work like a donkey for years till they give you temporary promotion. HR is not at all supportive. Lot of attrition and dissatisfaction at all levels. Women safety is grossly compromised as they don't have a good screening process during recruitment. Work life balance is horrible as they make every one work extra hours but dont have any extra hours payment rolled out. Overtime policy is horrible so are the other HR policies. Join only if you want to ruin your career.
