There are innumerable cons of this company. Zero work life balance. They will make your work 12 hours if the work load is too much without any compensation. The holiday list is absolutely worthless. Giving a holiday to an Indian for king marting luther doesnt make any sense. The upper management (TL) are basically survilence cameras who keep an eye on every move you make! Salary is very less for non medicos even though we do the same amount of work like the doctors. The salary difference is almost 3 times more than what the non medicos get. Durig joining hr will lure u with vip and incentives pls dont fall for fake promises because they keep unattainable targets for vips. The appraisals are always delayed that too for 4-5 months. They keep increasing the workload if u tend to workhard and finish on time, so that its practically impossible to leave on time. I really would not even recommend my enemy to join iks.
