1) All the claims regarding leaves and incentives are false.
2) They suddenly will change their policies for random reasons and deny the promices they always make during hiring process.
3) You get less salary that someone less qualified than you only because they came there first.
4) The management tells it literally on your face that the reason you are working at IKS is because you were bad doctor
5) They will promice you that you will be allowed to run your own clinic simultaneously, but they will make sure that you will not get time to do that by making you work from 8 am to 8 pm (some people have worked till 11 pm)
5) When you resign, they will still shamelessly send you a 'shaw cause' notice just to make sure you will not get similar job anywhere else
All the newly passed out medicos, you may think you will make more money so quickly but you are ruining your initial years when you should be working on developing your medical skills to make 3-4 times the money that you will EVER make at IKS.
