biggest sex scandal happen. managers sleeps with the directors. supervisor scolds, screams, insults the team member in front of entire team. In IKS everyday some o r the other employee will resign. Its a worst horrible place to work. Don't join this organization the supervisor will illtreat you and tells you to leave the organization. The HR will not help you and will never be able to get you justice. worst management, stay back at home but never ever take up job at IKS. worst workplace pls don't join. The supervisor will insults, disrespect, you will be treated like a maid servant. They will fire you anytime. No job security. you live in a threat.
