There are many: 1. Management is pathetic 2. Inefficient people are given higher designations who cannot even handle a team 3. No action taken despite receiving complaints several times from different employees 4. Team leaders dnt have the courtesy to call and check about the absenteeism of their team members 5. Senior management is very biased, brings personal grudges in between professional work 6. No one cares even if an employee works daily for more than 10-12 hours 7. Zero work life balance 8. No overtime provided, worst leave policy
