HR and company policies worst - Coding Analyst IKS Health Employee Review

They hire me by giving 2 month noticed period and at the time of joining they told now we dont have batch to add u and we will get back to u. i went each day to take follow up about my joining status but no buddy cares HR from office they dint attend call as well. I relocate in Mumbai from bang lore and i didn't receive single rupee compensation as well.I have ask HR regarding it so they told its not in policy . My frank suggestion is if u will get opportunity just think once about your commitment .and dont put your self in trouble .this ppl dont have idea about employee situation when he is coming to new city with family, and u guys even not answering his call. Worst company by policy.
