This is a typical "lala" company. Your merit can go down the worst slide you can find. First organisation I have seen who "actually don't care" if you are doing good to generate revenue.What matters is if you can "please" your boss and sometimes your +1. The kind of unspeakable things I have noticed here is good working matter for bollywood masala flicks and this is sometimes irrespective of the gender. They are seething and almost vindictive with the US counterparts but they naive not to realise that they get the business and hence we have work. We have a few people in the organization from the pedigree institutions but it ends there if you hear them talk language is not a problem but content is and truth be told I'm surprised to see the kind of insecurity the have is like the ones with no pedigre at all.
Overall they promise you a good culture if nothing else but don't fall for that either there is " no culture " it's worse than our BPO culture and riddled with petty politics irrespective of what you do for the organization your boss is blind and will not stop at anything to be petty.
