      Innovative products, good vision, but not so great execution - Vice President Sales IKS Health Employee Review

      Pros

      Really good products (Scribble for clinical documentation, prescription refill, clinical data management, etc.) that almost no other clients have, so they have some impressive clients. Leadership has good vision. Great relationship with most (but not all) clients for 5-10 years. There are at times problems with clients, but everyone works hard to solve them and recover well.

      Cons

      Delivery is at times sub-par. Too much of effort to coordinate between clients and Chicago / Alabama and India offices. Quite a bit of internal bureaucracy.

      Awesome doctors, great learning opportunity and nice to wfh

      Cons

      Low minimum wage pay in an economy where everything’s price has gone up makes it impossible
