Pros
Only good thing is the infrastructure and cafeteria. But, during WFH that is irrelevant.
Cons
-Treatment like school kids. Calls every five minutes scolding you "why do you have to go to hospital now?" "Why are you slow?" Zero amount of professionalism. - If you approach higher authorities for challenges "ohh...corporate culture is always like this." Or else, "We are also facing so much problems I can't even tell you how much." When an employee approaches you, he needs solutions and not your personal tragic story. - Career growth is based on face value and not quality work. Even if you apply resignation, they will try to convince you that you are wrong and illiterate about "corporate culture" and not address your problems. - You can not ask for leaves. You may, but they grant it depending on their convenience. There are times employees are forced by managers to take leave for the day, and there are days leaves have been cancelled from back-end and reflected in payscale, without any justification or even rectification of the same.
