The team alignment process is poor Project management and tracking is done terribly Middle management does favoritism (Not all employees get the same bonus, not all employees get the same hike in salary) The workload is too much (sometimes) The HR does nothing if you complain about the above issues, or maybe the top management is so cold-blooded that they simply ignore grass-root level issues
