Cons
There are ample of cons but I will try to convey the significant one. 1. They will fool you, right from your team leaders, managers and HR. They will say you are working with doctors and how crucial your role is, it's all to make you feel good but the underlying reason is to make you fall for it and accept their crap. 2. Long working hours, as soon as you become an old employee. Work becomes tough and frustrating as soon as you are tenured for long. 3. No appreciation of work and team leaders will treat you as if you are there slaves. 4. Your pay will be less than the new hired employee. No uniformity for pay for the same position even though you work triple the amount you will be stuck on your training salary for eternity. 5. They behave as if they have a factory, your replacement means nothing to the company even though you overwork. They have lined up an army of new employees. They fired thousands of people post COVID-19, so you understand the level of compassion they have for humans. 6. You get no leaves or any benefits. They will say talk to HR i.e asking you to resign if you ask for leave more than a week. Even though you will see all of your managers are on leave. You even have to work on Mondays which is a holiday. 7. It's not a good place for doctors you might think the pay is good but within few months, you will resign. 8. They create this hostile situation in sensitive periods like pandemic, so you can understand they have no integrity. 9. They don't pay the people who are actually doing work at the ground level but instead will keep hiring new employees and VPs almost daily. 10. Lastly, there is no growth or promotion you will be stuck. Still you would like to go ahead and join, please do but it is not worth it.
