during my 1 year tenure.. from the beginning.. even though I was director.. i was told to do tasks which a agent or a lead would normally do. Most of the top management are relatives or family frnds. so no matter what you voice out.. does not reach till the CEO. CEO is only worried about making profit (evident from Monthly Director+ calls with CEO).. not even thinking about wellbeing of the employees.. If during working.. the hardware given to you has even a small damage.. they will recover double the amount from your salary (e.g access card.. if lost while employee.. charge is 500, but if resigned.. charge is 1200/-).. even though most of the hardware is 5+ years old.. While leaving the company.. they will try to find out from where they can suck out even single penny possible from you. They are also loosing clients.. due this don't care about employees attitude.. Last but not the least.. FnF.. my FnF has not even been done yet.. its been over 2 months.. i have sent email to HR, CEO and everyone in between.. called lot of ppl.. but no one ever bothers to respond. Horrible
