Great Company - Medical Scribe IKS Health Employee Review

I enjoy working with my assigned providers, and even when doing coverage for other providers most have been awesome to work with. You will never stop learning, so if you like to learn new things about the field of medicine this job is for you. Working from home is a plus and I enjoy my schedule. I have not had a bad experience since I have been with the company. I can compare this to my previous time working as a scribe in a local hospital. IKS Health is a much better fit for me and providers are nicer. My supervisor, performance coaches, and operation leads are very kind and supportive. They are also responsive and seem to really want to help. I was unable to work for 3 weeks in October of 2024 due to being impacted by Hurricane Helene. Managers were very supportive and understanding during that horrific time and I truly appreciate it. My fellow scribe co-workers are overwhelmingly nice and supportive. There is usually opportunities to pick up shifts if you need them. Health insurance is offered and 401K. We get PTO/Holiday PTO
