Struggling to find it's way - Account Executive IMAGINiT Technologies Employee Review

IMGT seems lost in terms of what to do to succeed. The services organization is teetering on disaster and management just keeps heading down the same path. The sales org is managed by metrics to the extreme and there is a heavy use of intimidation and crazy micro-management. Employees are very unhappy and turn-over is far too high. This is not a good place to work, sadly.
