      The benefits are good, the teams are full of nice people

      Cons

      C level has jumped the shark and ruined all processes internally Commissions keep getting cut and are killing any motivation their sales team had. The services that IMAGINiT sells are overpriced for the customer base they have making reaching targets a fever dream.
