      I love the challenge and helping people who need me.

      I have been an employee for 4 yrs. and recently had an issue with a local agency that was uncontrollable and I got no support from IME at all and now have very little work.

      You get plenty of hours

      Cons

      Can’t take trucks home. So if you have a project right by yourself house you have to drive all the way to the office to pick up a company truck. If you make one minor mistake you’re always reminded. If you’re not a butt kisser and In the “click” it’s hard to move up.
