Pros
The company offers flex hours, offers 85% paid insurance plans covering over 80% of medical costs, matches 401k contributions, recognizes employees for good performance, pay for training and certifications, pay for jury duty, and much more than other small businesses offer. If you are organized and work efficiently you will enjoy working here. A boutique consulting company with work demands that are sometimes demanding but there is a balance due to the nature of the work, however if you do not enjoy fast moving and innovation, fast pace and a continuous evolving work environment which creates daily challenging, you may feel overwhelmed. The company management prides itself on retention and many employees have worked at the company for over 10 years. Meetings are conducted to allow employees input. I love working at IMRI and enjoy the leadership.
Cons
Due to many of the employees are located in other states, the company need to bring them together more to share its vision. There was a newsletter that comes out but it is inconsistent. However, I do have access to the corporate departments and they are responsive to my needs.
