      Pros

      Half uniform (T-shirt and shoes) for everyone provider by the company, clean environment, AC in most of the building, HR always in a nice good mood and helpful.

      Cons

      poor opportunity to grow up, and salaries are low, plus when you have a sexual harassment problem, they don't do nothing, other than talk to you .

      Pros

      The pay is competitive for the area and the hours are steady. Training is hands-on and coworkers are willing to help you learn. Management focuses on safety and keeping the machines running right. Overtime is usually available if you want it.
