Insurance is decent, but not good.

Cons

Most employees are overworked and underpaid. Raises are very small, if you get a raise at all. Hourly employees are held to a higher standard then salaried employees. Definitely a "US and THEM" environment and culture.

The pay is competitive for the area and the hours are steady. Training is hands-on and coworkers are willing to help you learn. Management focuses on safety and keeping the machines running right. Overtime is usually available if you want it.
