      Good vacation time that’s about it.

      Cons

      Lots of lies, backstabbing, mind games, under paid, no respect for people that are not German or worked there for 10 years. Lots of time off without pay. Most people don’t stay more than 3 years.

      Pros

      The pay is competitive for the area and the hours are steady. Training is hands-on and coworkers are willing to help you learn. Management focuses on safety and keeping the machines running right. Overtime is usually available if you want it.
