Pros

Some of the coworkers are very nice. Benefits are average.

Cons

No training program at all. Techs have no interest in showing you anything. Many things the senior techs don't understand either. Have there own little group of people, most from other places they worked together at and your not invited. Lots of favoritism, Must kiss butt to get recognized. No care about safety at all or about the rules in the handbook. Favorites get to take long lunches together all at the same time. Machine sits down for long time because they all at lunch or in the office, and then they complain about no production numbers.

The pay is competitive for the area and the hours are steady. Training is hands-on and coworkers are willing to help you learn. Management focuses on safety and keeping the machines running right. Overtime is usually available if you want it.
