      Pros

      I worked Full-time at the corporate headquarters in Alpharetta and have no complaints. Unfortunately life through a curve-ball at me and I had to move away and leave IN Compass behind. Everyone seemed to get along really well and I never felt overly rushed or pressed for anything. The CEO would regularly talk to everyone and tell them where the company was heading. Great leadership and a passionate team have lead to success at In Compass and I miss working there.

      Cons

      Once a month the CEO has food catered in for all the corporate employees. Many times it was from an Italian restaurant that was so-so. But its a free lunch so...

      Zero, unless you’re a recruiter or never speak up for yourself

      Cons

      no work/life balance. pay is terrible while physicians are making 500k+. terrible management in every department and every level.
