Cons
Was originally told that they were "like a family", and it is, a dysfunctional one. You are just a number to them and are easily replaceable. People have worked there for years (4+) without growth, advancement, raises, or recognition for their hard work. Middle management changes constantly and is brought in from out of state. The management that is brought in doesn't know what they are doing, fumbles around, and creates more confusion than progress. Training is never given and the attitude is to just enter whatever information will get the claim paid. There is no stability and you are constantly being shoved more work or another task to work on before you can complete the first one. Or your job duties are changed and you have to learn this new role "on the fly". This results in frustration, confusion, and nothing is ever completed and you are never able to learn or understand the role/requirements. Please, just keep looking and don't get stuck here.
