Due to the location and lower than average wages for the industry there is a lack of experienced operators to run the plant. The management team only seem interested in being involved Monday through Friday during normal hours, beyond these there is a general lack of support. Training.... There is little to none. Favoritism abounds. Promises are not kept. Management tells you what you want to hear, but rarely follows through.
