Food selection in the cafeteria is great!

Cons

Management started going downhill 3-4 years ago, starting at the top. Now it's a disaster as stated in the March 26 review. Management decisions are based on feelings and personal relationships not deliverables and output metrics. The company as a whole used to feel like a team working towards a common goal. Now, everyone is scared for their job since performance is irrelevant when determining your future with Inficon. You can feel the tension just walking through the halls.

- Have to always be agile/flexible due to changing global business climate - Lots of outdated lab space, but that’s being upgraded - Area is suburban and quiet; downtown happenings are about 20 minutes away
