Pros

Everyone not a manager is friendly and wants to do a good job.

Cons

Horrible managers who will not hesitate to throw others under the bus to make themselves look good. Zero job security, so many random layoffs. Low pay and mediocre benefits. Horrible culture, Oliver and Scott have managed to destroy the morale of an entire group in less than a year!

- Have to always be agile/flexible due to changing global business climate - Lots of outdated lab space, but that’s being upgraded - Area is suburban and quiet; downtown happenings are about 20 minutes away
