WFH available for a lot of roles Unlimited PTO Interesting technology

Leadership changes constantly and is never stable Elimination of positions is most frequently technicians that work on the floor while there are multiple levels of managers to manage other managers Toxic work environment, bullying is accepted if you are "in" with the right people. Issues are never fixed, only bandaided Lack of diversity in management, leadership and high technical roles High turn over Low pay from an industry standpoint Tells employees to their face they won't find a comparable opportunity elsewhere, then gets mad when employees call their bluff and find BETTER opportunity elsewhere
