Archaic technologies - no one is using C# in the startup community. Very weak technology leaders, who are lacking any sort of vision. Smart and experienced people struggle to survive the short-sighted management. Many things and processes are in the same shape as they were in 2005. Management is in total denial of reality about the company prospects.
