From the best-of-breed tech, to thought leadership, INSZoom is positioning itself for a very bright future. As a software engineer, it’s very important for me to keep myself updated on new tech stacks. This place has made it possible for me. I have worked on major projects that have given me a sense of accomplishment, challenge and the feeling that my contribution to the INSZoom software is significant. There’s always something to learn here: this company is fast-paced - they are scaling to the next level and that means things are moving quickly. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, getting out of your comfort zone. It's sometimes uncomfortable and possibly not for everyone - but for those who love a challenge - it's awesome. You'll never be stagnant here. The company is big on employee recognition and motivates its employees to do more and work smart.

It would be great to have travel facilities for the India office employees to have safe, convenient travel to work and back home.
