Pros
In my opinion, the company's greatest asset is its culture. As best I can describe it, it's high-quality people working together to do high-quality work. We have great co-workers, interesting projects, good opportunities for career growth, and flexibility to balance work and the rest of life. Yes, I drink the Kool-Aid, but I recognized these characteristics from the outside first as a former client of INTERA. No disillusionment here. It is what it appears to be.
Cons
Not really a con, but your job is what you make of it. If you need someone to hold your hand and guide you in everything you do, this company (and industry) isn't for you. If you can take initiative and hold yourself accountable, you'll do great.
