Good place to build a career - Director INX International Ink Employee Review

INX is excellent at promoting from within. The president started with the company as an hourly production worker, which surprised me when I started here in a data entry job 18 years ago. However, over time I learned that the vast majority of senior management also worked their way up to their current positions. Same thing for directors and general managers -- all or nearly all were promoted, rather than hired from outside. I feel like the company cares about its employees and wants them to have successful careers at INX.
