Pros
Good hard working people. Morale is down overall. Place to be is Customer Service. Everybody like the Manager there. Longevity in field. Longevity at Corp. Allot of people are too comfortable. Office is busy.
Cons
Some managers are insecure with employees that demonstrate leadership, quality experience and strong skills. The accounts payable department has a high turnover due to inexperience management and basic skills not willing to move forward. Appears issues on going have been ignored by HR and problem still remains. Management jobs should never be awarded because someone has spent time at a company. Appears company lacks the ability to recognize a management skill level vs just filling a position.. When will HR realize that the people that quit or get fired are not the problem.
