      The customers, pay is good not great but good

      Cons

      Management is the reason I quit. The director played favorites , my supervisor at the time always kept up mess. Benefits are horrible

      Nice company vehicle, immediate supervisors were helpful and encouraging.

      Cons

      C-Level leaders were a joke. They set unrealistic goals with no path to succeed and then fire the staff. You can’t win.
