We do take feedback seriously and review concerns about leadership, communication, workload, and employee treatment on an ongoing basis.
Our intent has always been to foster a respectful, professional environment where employees can raise concerns without fear of retaliation. Performance improvement plans, staffing decisions, and operational changes are never taken lightly and are made based on documented performance expectations and business needs, not personal disagreement.
That said, we recognize that periods of growth, system migrations, and staffing challenges can create strain across teams, and we acknowledge that communication and support must continually improve — particularly during times of change. Leadership is actively working on strengthening cross-department collaboration, service quality standards, and supervisor engagement with frontline teams.
