      Quintiles provides excellent compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Employees are treated with respect and encouraged to provide input to help the company grow.

      Cons

      Turnover was high due to the difficulty of the job. Quintiles is quick to react to a downturn in business revenue by reorganizing staff and focus. Past major acquisitions were not fully integrated into the company.

      Pros

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
