      Ok compensation, wonderful people to work with, excelent relations with to meet companies like Novartis, Merck, Bayer, and Pfizer. A lot of analytical knowledge.

      Cons

      There has been a hiring freeze for some years that disable your ability to be competitive. The company so unprofitable that cost cutting has almost disable out ability to continue working

      Pros

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
