Pros
1. The biggest player in the market: great expertise in many areas and partnerships with top companies. Since everyone knows it, your CV will look way more impressive. 2. Good place to gain experience with the new technologies used in the industry.
Cons
1. Weak and uninterested management that will go an extra mile to ensure their efforts seem to be great, while it is the problem of the field staff that the things are not done. 2. Low morale as probably only newly employed are proud of being part of the company. Most of the experienced workers are just sick and tired. 3. Low salary for many levels
