Pros
Ability to work from home. great co-workers (in my department), outside department, not so much. I can’t think of much more, sadly.
Cons
Horrible health insurance (Aetna). All perks have been taken away. Upper management sees nothing but dollar signs. We’re pressured to peddle faster which impedes ability to do quality work.
