Pros
IMS can be a great place to work if you're interested in pharma and biotech. The consulting arm of the company was predominantly formed through M&A, so each office is highly variable and has its own culture.
Cons
The lack of standardization makes it hard to predict how different offices will do things -- the extreme segmentation by office makes the work repetitive within a given office.
