      1) Lot of processes are changing . Overall Mindset of Senior Management is changing, due to which new initiatives are being implemented . 2) Overall Opportunity circle is increasing for employees.

      Cons

      The company is going through tremendous internal change & if someone is not comfortable with that then definitely the appropriate place for him.

      Pros

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
