      Quntiles is good company for ladies with their flexible timings and WFH options.

      Cons

      For ladies - When it comes to extension of maternity leaves, you will notice that your job is unstable. Most of the managers work hopeless (not all managers).

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
