Pros
From a senior leadership perspective, the company seems to want to create a positive work environment. They hold monthly "Coffee Chats" either in person or via phone. They are transparent in terms of business growth as well as business challenges and seem to care about their employees.
Cons
Not sure that senior leadership is actually aware the day-to-day operations and how their people actually treat each other. I found many of my colleagues passive-aggressive, petty, unfriendly, uncaring and some of them, downright ugly. I worked long hours trying to meet the needs of the client I was assigned to. While the client appreciated my work, the IQVIA team I worked with did nothing but criticize me and make me feel worthless. Reminded me of "Lord of The Flies". Maybe not all divisions are the same. For me though, based on my personal experience... two thumbs down.
