      good benefits & pay IT leadership open to new innovation and technology investment in new IT is being scaled up

      Cons

      IT resources extremely thin offshore talent is very weak high stress placed on few workers too many old-timers running siloed and political agendas expectations by IT leadership and schedule deadlines can not be met

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
