Pros

Best to place improving your Cultural, Acting & Politics skills (Managerial skills)..

Cons

Promotions are based solely on political affiliations. It's not what you know, but who you know. How good you are good in cultural activities. Your visibility in office parties is directly proportional Sr Management & same thing reflects in Hike. Even, if you have great rating for your work, your salary will depend on how much your peers are getting & sole decision of your manager. Weird & ill-logical Normalization process which they tell you. Others will step on you to get to the "top", without a concern or a care about their fellow employees. There is no team atmosphere - at one time there was, but it has been a slow downward spiral since then. The benefits are great, and if you can survive in a workplace just on that then this company is for you. I can't speak for all departments, but I can say that if you love being micromanaged and baby-sat, this is the place for you. Respect? You'll get it from some, not from others. Surely a disappointment from what I thought would be a place I could work for a long time.

Pros

Great company culture, excellent team support, fantastic management at all levels. I especially value the training initiatives that help in the day to day. This is a great place to build skills, especially in AI. Work life balance is emphasized and encouraged.

Cons

It can feel a bit like being a cog in the wheel at times, although good ideas do get the attention of management. Workload can be unrelenting around EOQ. Process "improvement" initiatives are constant, poorly announced, and often make things worse. Raises and bonuses are meager and do not keep up with inflation/market value.
